Great service. Very fast response. Quick repair.The cost seemed a bit pricy. For a furnace ignitor that goes for around 100 retail, they charged $200 & labor of $110.It cost $320 including taxes to replace one ignitor.But this company is not more expensive than other furnace specialists. They are all the same or some are even more expensive. It is an industry standard. If you have an outage of your furnace and you have no clue what the problem is, no matter how many YouTube videos you watch, you will never be able to figure out what the problem is. So you need to call an expert. Bottom line is the furnace is an investment. These guys told me to replace an HVAC heating and cooling system goes for 10 or 12 thousand dollars. And if you have an older furnace, you must have someone reliable to call if there is a problem. These guys knew exactly what the problem was the minute they walked in the door.The takeway is keep your furnace maintained yearly with semi annual filter changes. Because if you don't, you will pay sooner or later. These guys were experts. I would definitely use them again.
Our 17 year old furnace broke Friday afternoon and we called Brad and Josh. They came within the hour and were able to diagnose the problem. They gave us several options to work with our budget and came out Monday morning to make sure we had heat ASAP. Their work was clean and professional. I work for the VA so I always try to go to Vet owned businesses. I called many this morning due to an emergency and our heat going out. I have 2 kids and it is currently 40 degrees in my house. The other companies either did not do weekends or said I was just out of area. Josh not only took the job and drove from Fountain to Pulpit Rock but was beyond kind!!
